In this blog we will share the top 10 most popular cell phone plans our visitors choose. We have restricted this list to regular contract plans that are most popular throughout the country. There are some phone services like Alltel that are more popular in certain regions, and of course prepaid services like Go Phone . This list includes more traditional plans and providers with a wide reach.
1. AT&T Nation 900 Rollover - by far our most popular rate plan, ATT nation 900 includes 900 minutes with Rollover, unlimited nights and weekends, all for $59.99 a month with a 2 year contract.
2. AT&T Nation 700 Family Talk 2 Phone Lines - For only $69.99 FamilyTalk 700 offers 700 minutes shared between 2 phones. of course Rollover and unlimited Nights/Weekends are includes. Additional ( add-on) phones are available for $9.99 per line.
3. AT&T Nation 900 Contract Extension - Many of our visitors are current ATT customers and/or former Cingular Wireless customers looking to upgrade their phones. A majority of these vistors choose the popular Nation 900 for their contract extension. It is the same as the regular Nation 900 but for current customers who extend their contract for 2 years.
4. AT&T Nation Unlimited 2 Years - This is AT&T’s entry among the new unlimited wireless plans. For only 99.99 monthly one phone has unlimited calling minutes included. Obviously there is no need for Rollover minutes in this case. This plan is also available for existing customers who want a phone upgrade, and for $100 per additional phone you can get unlimited Family Plans.
5. Verizon Wireless Nationwide 450 - For shoppers who who want Verizon service and don’t want to spend a lot of money this is the plan. $39.99 per month includes 450 regular minutes, unlimited nights & weekends, and includes unlimited “IN” minutes for verizon’s network.
6. Verizon Nationwide Unlimited Minutes - Like the names says, this is Verizon’s unlimited calling plan. At $99.99 it is competively priced and comes with the reliable Verizon Wireless network.
7. Verizon Wireless Nationwide Family SharePlan 700 - If you like Verizon and want 2 phones on your plan, the Share Plan 700 it is a good deal. Share 700 minutes, unlimited IN, Nights/Weekends, between 2 phones for $70 a month. Need more minutes? A 1400 shared plan is only $90, and other higher minute plans are available.
8. T-mobile MyFaves 300 - This is great value for callers who burn up their monthly minutes calling just a few people. As you’ve probably seen on the television commercials you can pick a Top 5 ( Faves) for unlimited calling. For $39 a month only 300 peak minutes are included. But who needs peak minutes if you mostly call 5 people and Nights and Weekends are unlimited.
9. Sprint Power Pack 450 - We don’t get a lot of traffic for Sprint PCS, but when we do this plan is pretty popular. With 450 minutes and unlimited weekends and nights, this deal is $39.99 a month with a 2 year agreement.
10. Sprint Simply Everything Plan - At least Sprint goes with an original name for it’s unlimited offering. For 99.99 a month Sprint users can get unlimited calling- or as Sprint calls it- Everything.

According to a news article on Bloomberg.com, Google is on track to release Android phones the second quarter of 2008. The project depends on building collaboration between providers and handset manufacturers, as well as growing consumer demand. Google is looking to use it’s mobile business to compete with companies like Microsoft and Apple.
One obstacle could be implementation by major wireless carriers. The lauch of Android depends on providers like Sprint and T-Mobile embracing and understanding the technology. If there are issues with this the Android may be pushed back.
Google is giving away the operating system for free and began offering the platform to service providers, sellers, and chip makers- resulting in The Open Handset Alliance.

This will serve as our company blog for the website Ultra Cell Saver. We have blogged previously at blogspot and other non-domain hosted sites. However we decided to integrate a more official blog with our site. We are not really “bloggers” and will be doing our best to learn Wordpress.
We plan to update regularly with the latest deals and reviews of wireless services.
